Not every client we work with is able to engage with us on a long term basis. For situations like this, we have built a sprint framework that allows us to direct our expertise while working strategically toward accomplishing what’s best for our clients and their consumers.
Sprints are simply cycles of time – typically between 4-8 weeks – during which we work on defined project components in continual phases.
By using these sprints, the FoundSM team is able to dive deep into your project right away and create real, usable deliverables early and often throughout the time we work together.
Depending on a project’s complexity, the number of sprints can range from one to ten or more.
